I work as an independent health and wellness coach, and offer individual wellness coaching sessions in a variety of settings.

My educational background, professional certifications, and years of practical experience allow me to partner with other medical and allied health professionals who would like to match their patients and clients up with a wellness coach who can directly support the management of their health through positive lifestyle change.

It’s the modern day struggle we’re all facing when it comes to our wellness and getting to the finish line with our “best life” goals.

We know what we need to do to live happier, healthier lives: eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, get more sleep, stress far less—-oh, and find our life’s purpose and passion in our not-so-free time.

But following our INTENTIONS through to POSITIVE, SUSTAINABLE ACTION is easier said than done.

  • Create clarity and positive energy around your life and wellness goals. (Weight loss, fitness, health, personal and professional goal setting, stress management, and more.)
  • Reconnect you with your wise and empowered “well-self,” and how you can use that feel-good energy to turn your efforts into successful outcomes.
  • Identify simple (fit into your hectic life), doable, action steps to reach your goals and get back to living your best life in a timely fashion.

What to Expect From Our Coaching Sessions:

Each coaching session is an interactive meeting of the minds, where we develop tools and strategies to support your wellness journey. (It never works when someone lectures you about your wellness. After all, you are the one with the answers. My job is to help you see them!)

During our conversations, I will share a variety of wellness and life goal exercises, designed to tap into the wisdom already present in your “well-self.” We’ll use the information to develop a specific plan for moving your efforts forward on a daily basis, and circle back when needed to strengthen your skills.

I will provide e-mail follow-up and friendly accountability between sessions. 🙂

Coaching Session Descriptions

Wellness coaching is never a predictable or linear process, but it’s helpful to have a starting point. I’ve designed a few templates to focus our efforts in launching your journey. Oftentimes, we’ll incorporate tools from each approach as the process unfolds.

Your Wellness Compass (A great place to start!)

There’s good news! You already have all you need to feel your best and live your best life. Your Wellness Compass session reconnects you with the wise, intuitive, and empowered energy of your “well-self.” Once you have that energy, confidence, and power back, setting a positive course for success is easy. You will leave this session with a clear, colorful, wellness compass to guide your day-to-day journey back to feeling your best.

Inspired G.O.A.L. Setting (Perfect for when you want to get specific.)

Goals are important! They give life meaning and energy, and make our hopes and dreams come alive. But goals are also scary, overwhelming, and elusive! We set them and too often forget them. My Inspired G.O.A.L. Setting session uses the empowered energy of your “well-self” to help you get clear about your path and energize your actions for guaranteed success. There’s a lot about traditional goal setting that gets turned upside down in this session. Be prepared!

Life Cleanse! (A way to let go of the struggle and overwhelm, and start claiming more time and wellness for yourself.)

Your wellness and life’s purpose can easily become lost or buried under the myriad roles you play in your life; partner, spouse, mom, daughter, friend, caregiver, employee. Perhaps you’ve asked yourself the question, “What happened to me?” or “What’s next on the horizon?” Why not reclaim your wellness with this “Life Cleanse” session. Identify what eats up your precious time and energy, or what makes your life feel toxic and overwhelming. Reconnect with what makes you feel happy and well, and head home with a practical feel-good path for living your best life. If it feels like your life needs a bit of de-cluttering in order to move forward, this is the session for you!

A Little Bit About Me

I’ve spent my career living and working at many of America’s premier wellness destinations, where taking care of yourself was the order of business every day. It’s where I learned that “feeling well” feels really GOOD, and being healthy and happy does not have to involve pain, struggle, or giving up all the good things in life.

I call it a “positive wellness movement,” and it is the cornerstone of the approach I will share with you.

  • Expert advice on starting and losing weight with a fitness walking program
  • Goal setting  (my personal favorite, with a new feel-good method that works!)

How Does the Coaching Process Work?

Once we’re connected, I will send you a brief questionnaire to help me learn more about you and focus our first session. Pricing is affordable and straightforward (read more here), and I will bill you for our sessions via Paypal invoice.

We can talk on the phone, or by Skype for a more personal experience. If you live nearby, face to face is an excellent option. (If you’re up for a spa day, I also offer this opportunity at Glen Ivy Hot Springs.)
